Monday: Strength with Marissa 6 pm at the track
Tuesday: Run workout with Ryan 4:30 pm meeting at the track
Thursday: Track and strength with Coach Becky 6-8 pm at the track
Sunday: Swim with Coach Becky 8-10 pm at the rec pool
There are daily workouts posted on Training Peaks (website: home.trainingpeaks.com ). Create an account, and have Coach Becky send the workouts to your account, which will automatically send them to your email.
IMPORTANT => If you are a new member, make sure you give your number to a current member so we can add you to the GroupMe (group messaging app that you should download). This is where everyone on the team can just talk to each other, organize group practices, and give ASAP updates for the Club.
